We invite you to participate in our annual Church Plan Practice Retirement Survey. The survey, now in it's 16th year, shares insights from Catholic Dioceses and Archdioceses across the country.
The confidential survey takes a short 5-10 minutes to complete, and the data will be presented in aggregate and may help paint a picture of how your plans compare to similar plans.

* Each survey respondent will be entered into a drawing to win an Amazon gift card. Three (3) winners will be randomly selected and contacted via the email address provided. Winners will receive a gift card in the amount of: 1st name drawn - $50; 2nd name drawn - $50; 3rd name drawn - $25. To be eligible for the gift card drawing, you must submit your survey response by 2/3/2025. Only one drawing entry per respondent. This card cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit.
