Every three years, a survey is conducted as part of a county-wide Collaborative Community Assessment throughout Jackson County. This survey is intended to gather Jackson County residents’ input on community conditions such as safety, housing, transportation and much more. The responses gathered during this survey will be used to help identify barriers residents are facing and help to prioritize issues for action within Jackson County. We also use results in our Collaborative Community Assessment Report to the Community. You’re able to view all previous reports on the Jackson Collaborative Network website. Your survey responses will be kept private and confidential.
When you complete the survey you'll have the opportunity to enter a drawing to win a $50 gift card! Your name and contact information will be required if you would like to enter the drawing. Your name and contact information will not be sold or used in connection to your answers.
If you need or want assistance to take the survey or have any questions about the survey or legitimacy, please reach out to Alexa Burgei, Data and Information Specialist (517-205-7425) or visit the Jackson Collaborative Network Website.
