Local organizations in Connecticut have developed this survey. The goal is to better understand the quality of life and important issues facing people in our communities.

Your participation is completely voluntary, and there are no incentives or compensation provided for completing the survey. However, your input is very valuable. The information you provide will guide improvements to programs and services.

Completing the survey should take approximately 5 minutes. All of your responses are completely anonymous and confidential.

This is not a research study. Rather, it is a community-driven effort to gather insights from residents about local assets and needs.
