Who can submit a nomination for the Board of Trustees?

Any individual may submit a self-nomination for one of the three open seats up for election on the Board of Trustees. Association with a General Member organization is not required.

The Trustees nomination form includes personal contact data collection in addition to the questions below. Personal contact information will be kept confidential and only used for the purposes of processing a nomination.

Nominees will also be asked, upon receipt of their nomination, to digitally sign a release form to undergo an independent, third-party background check.

Nominees who do not complete these required steps will not be eligible for NomCom consideration.

Contact information and the details of the background check are all kept strictly confidential.

This form should take approximately 15 - 35 minutes to complete. You can preview the Board Nominee Questionnaire before you begin. If you wish, you can continue to come back to this page on the same device and edit your responses, up until the Call for Nominations end or you inform ARIN staff your response is final.
Nominations must be submitted with a completed questionnaire
before 7:00 PM EDT on 1 July 2024. For any issues in completing the form, please contact us at elections@arin.net.

Please provide your contact information. The Name and Affiliation provided will be used in election materials, including voter guides, statements of support, and ballot listings. Email and phone will only be used to contact you regarding your nomination - please be sure to add elections@arin.net to your safe sender list.

Errors may cause issues with processing your nomination.
Nominees are expected to meet the qualifications and responsibilities for the Board of Trustees as described on the ARIN website.
