Media Expectance Clause:  Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ISA-The Association of Learning Providers Annual Business Retreat 2024 (ISA) constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ISA the right to videotape, film audio record quote, and/or photograph me at the event.  I hear by grant ISA, and its sublicensees, the exclusive, royalty-free rights to copyright, edit, publish, broadcast, and otherwise use or disseminate all or any part of my voice, image, quote, and likeness contained therein, for educational, research, marketing or promotional purposes, without condition or restriction, in whole or in part, in any medium or content whatsoever, including but not limited to websites, print, radio, television or any other print, electronic or digital forms of media throughout the universe.  I also agree that there will be no residual or any other type of payment, royalty, or fee due in connection with the rights granted herein.  I agree to release ISA from all claims for compensation, libel, false light, invasion of privacy, moral rights, and rights of publicity (both now and in the future).

Group Rate remains at $416 plus a resort fee of $10 per room per night for single/double occupancy. The current Tax Rate is 13.17%

Hotel Policies: All rooms must be guaranteed by a first-night deposit with a major credit card. Once a reservation has been made, there cannot be a name change or room transfer to another guest. Book your hotel room(s) as early as possible, as the hotel will fill up quickly and sell out. Hotel rack rates are significantly higher after the cut-off date.

Hotel Cancellations: Hotel reservations must be canceled (7) seven days before check-in. All cancellations should be made through the hotel reservations desk. If the hotel has an advance deposit to hold your room, no refunds will be made.

Please be mindful and review and confirm your JW Marriott Camelback room reservation NOW. 5:00 p.m. MST will lock the ISA room block on February 28, 2028. If you change or cancel room nights, you or ISA will pay for those nights. The JW Marriott Camelback Scottsdale Resort expects high occupancy and will sell out over our conference dates. In addition, if you confirm your reservations before February 7, 2024, another ISA member may be able to access an on-property room, and they will be grateful not to seek overflow accommodations.

Registration Cancellation:  For registration cancellations on or before January 24, 2024, ISA will provide a full registration refund, less a $100 processing fee per registration. A registrant who does not submit a written cancellation or attend the conference is considered a “No Show.” No-shows” are not eligible for refunds or credits and are liable for outstanding balances.

Cancellations after January 24, 2024 are non-refundable. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions for any reason since ISA will be financially obligated to the hotel.  You are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague.  Please refer to separate hotel cancellation policies.
