1800 National Breastfeeding Helpline and LiveChat ~ Client Feedback 2024

This survey should take 10 minutes to complete and at the end of the survey, as a thank you for your time, ABA is offering you a free download of any of our breastfeeding booklets, covering topics from your supply, expressing and storing, introducing solids and more.

Your feedback is very important to us. Your responses to this survey will be used to improve both the National Breastfeeding Helpline and LiveChat and to ensure the services are meeting the needs of families across Australia. Collated survey results (de-identified) will be made available to the Federal Government who provide funding for the Breastfeeding Helpline services. The same information with be provided to any organisation assessing the Helpline services.
