Hello! Thank you for completing the Oregon State Bar’s Access to Civil Justice Statewide System Survey. We want to hear from you!

Access to Justice occurs when a person facing a legal issue:
  • can understand their legal problem,
  • has timely and affordable access to the level of legal help they need to address the problem, and
  • walks away believing they were treated fairly in the process.
This survey asks how system partners in Oregon (such as the courts, legal services organizations, community-based organizations, and the private bar) help people with civil legal problems, like those related to family, housing, credit and debt, and employment. It does not ask about criminal justice problems. Your survey responses will inform the Oregon State Bar’s oversight of legal services organizations and strategic planning to improve access to justice for Oregonians.

The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.

If you complete the survey, you can choose to enter a drawing to win a $100 Visa gift card.

This survey is voluntary. Your choice to participate or not will have no impact on you or your organization. Your information will be kept confidential. Your survey answers will be combined with other people’s answers into one summary report. Your name will not be shared with any other organization or used in our report.

If you have any questions about this survey, you can contact Joanna Knee, Access to Justice Program Coordinator at the Oregon State Bar, at jknee@osbar.org.
