1. Theme Search Entry Form
Inspiring student entries are being sought for the theme of the 2024-25 PTA Reflections program year. California theme idea winners will be forwarded to National PTA for consideration and will win prizes.
Please review the past themes listed below. Repeat themes will not be considered. Use this form to submit your theme ideas. Students may submit multiple entries; however, a digital form will have to be completed for each entry. If your theme is selected as one of the five winning entries from California advancing to the National PTA for final judging, we will contact you to submit additional required paperwork. The winning entry at the California State PTA level of judging will receive a $25 gift card.
The student with a winning entry at the National PTA level of judging will receive $100, and their theme will be presented at the Annual National PTA Convention.
