Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Adaptive Leadership Program.

This application form will take at least 20 minutes to complete and requires a copy of your current CV.

At the end of the application, you'll be able to apply for financial assistance to assist with payment of the program fee. Financial assistance comes in three forms:
  1. Professional Development (PD) Grants: A number of PD Grants are available to assist with the program fee. Applicants must not have received a PD Grant from the College previously and each PD Grant is for a maximum of $500.
  2. Scholarships: In an effort to encourage applications from people from underrepresented communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the College has two (2) full-fee scholarships available. At the completion of the program, scholarship recipients will be invited to share their experience via their preferred medium (e.g. written article, interview).
  3. Payment plan: A payment plan is available for individuals who are not eligible for a grant or scholarship and who are experiencing financial hardship. A $500 upfront payment is required to secure the individual's place in the program, followed by three monthly payments ($500, $500, $495).
If you have any questions about the application process or the program itself, please contact Jessica Luke at jessica.luke@paramedics.org.

We look forward to receiving your application.
