2023-2025 RFT Board Nomination Application Survey Form

Greetings Recycle Florida Today, Inc. Member:

The RFT Board of Directors is seeking qualified candidates for consideration in developing the nominations slate to elect six board members coinciding with the RFT Annual Conference in June.

Please consider submitting your name for consideration to serve on RFT’s Board and encourage others that you believe are well-qualified to do the same. As customary, we will utilize an electronic nomination forms and voting to help every candidate understand what will be expected to serve on the Board.

This will also provide the Nominations Committee as well as voting members with sufficient information to evaluate and vet qualified candidates that represent the diversity and balance that a strong board should possess. Board nominees who are not elected to the Board are encouraged to become active in one of the Board’s standing or ad hoc committees.

Please review the enclosed information and consider nominating yourself and/or someone else to serve as a Board member.

Please complete this application and provide a headshot photograph by Wednesday, April 26th (extended from Tuesday, April 18th), by 5:00 pm (EST).
