ODE School Garden Survey 2023

Thank you for participating in our 2022-23 school garden survey! Please forward this to the School Garden Coordinator, or the person who is in charge of the school garden. This will enable us to compile crucial data to understand how your gardens operate, so we can better serve Oregon school gardens.

ALSO: If you maintain multiple gardens in multiple schools, please complete one survey for each garden you coordinate or maintain.

You may have filled out a similar survey a couple years ago. Please note, this is a new survey and there have been questions added based on our current data needs. Even if there have been no changes to your garden operations, this data is still important.

NOTE regarding “COVID" - even if your garden is temporarily inactive due to COVID, please complete this survey anyway.
