HALLOWEEN BLOCK PARTY series AUTO SHIP at Crazy Annie's Stitchin

has designed EXCLUSIVELY for us
a new series called
"HALLOWEEN BLOCK PARTY"

This is a new 12-chart series that will start in October 2023 and ends in September 2024. We plan to ship on/around the 5th of each month starting in October 2023.

Each chart will have a stitch count of 62w x 62h if stitched individually OR stitch count of 172w x 227h if stitching all as one large project. If you stitch this as one large project (see photo below) there will be a FREE PDF chart that you can download from the Erin Elizabeth Designs website. There will be instructions included for how to stitch it as one large project.

Stitched on 14ct vintage country mocha aida. We will be offering the 14ct aida, 28ct cashel linen and 27ct linda (evenweave). So there will be a fabric choice for everyone.

Floss used DMC. We will NOT be offering the floss bundle as we have to sell if for such a high price and buy minimums. We will post a list below of what you will need so you can purchase it and have it on hand when the series releases in October.

In addition, we will be offering some fun Halloween themed accessories to go with the series made just for us by Siggy's Closet. We will have 2 different scissor fobs (we could not decide which one we liked better), a needleminder which will include a threader with it and a thread keep ring which will include a project card that you can write on the back the name of the series etc and attach it to your thread ring or to your project bag.

BILLING / PAYMENT / SHIPPING: we will bill you directly thru paypal each month prox 1 week prior to shipping. We plan to ship on/around the 5th of each month so expect an invoice around the end of the previous month for the next month's release. First invoice will come in late September.

PLEASE make prompt payment when you receive our invoice. This enables us to ship as soon as the charts as soon as they arrive here. If you foresee some delay in making payment please email us at crazyanniesstitchin@yahoo.com and let us know so we are aware of the delay. We will not hunt you down for payments and those that go unpaid will eventually be canceled from the auto ship program. You will be responsible for shipping costs on each shipment. Shipping in the U.S. will be approx $ 4.50/month and if you are International it will depend on your location and what you order each month.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: we do ship Internationally. Your shipping cost is based on weight and location. We however are not currently shipping anything to the United Kingdom due to the VAT tax that we now have to collect and pay. We are not setup for that at this time.
