Since 2016, the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) and GNYHA have collaborated to send early notifications and alerts to emergency departments (EDs) and hospitals to prepare them for patient surges resulting from mass casualty incidents (MCIs).

To enhance the effectiveness of MCI notifications, we are using this survey to gather feedback from 911-receiving facilities. The survey results will be aggregated and shared with FDNY and the GNYHA Pre-Hospital Working Group. Your individual facility information will remain confidential.

Your input is crucial to helping us calibrate and improve the program. Thank you for your participation and contribution to the enhancement of emergency response in our region.
