2023 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Survey

The survey is distributed to employees on an annual basis in April. The DEI committee launched the inaugural survey in 2021, which will serve as a benchmarking year to gather data.. Survey results will be compared year-over-year to improve DEI programming and to identify key priority areas for the organization’s DEI Strategy.

The survey is sent to both unionized (PSW) and non-union employee groups to identify trends and better understand employee experiences, needs and preferences.
