Campdraft MRC Nominations Are Open!
NB: Members who nominate or are nominated must be full financial members 18 years and over. Ensure that your membership renewal has been paid via abcra.icompete.net

The Campdraft Members Representative Council consists of eight (8) members elected to serve a two year term.
* Only four (4) positions become vacant each year to allow for continuity within the group.
* In 2023 there is one (1) additional vacancy eligible to be filled for a 12mth term.
1. Current Campdraft MRC members Glen Peterson, Peter Dawson, Bernie McMaugh will complete their two year term as members of the Campdraft MRC. These members are eligible for nomination and re-election if successful.
2. Full Financial Members are entitled to nominate for the four (4) vacant positions. Valid nominations received by the closing date will be available online for voting which will be distributed by email only. Should there be five (5) or less nominations, there will be no requirement for a ballot.
3. The four (4) candidates with the highest votes will serve a two year term effective immediately following the election.
The one (1) candidate with the 5th number of highest votes will serve a 12mth term effective immediately following the election.
4. The current Campdraft MRC members that will remain for a further twelve (12) month period are: Bob Fuller, Ben McNaughton, Justin Morrisey. These three (3) members of the Campdraft MRC will not be required to stand for re-election in 2023 and will have to re-nominate for election in 2024.
5. For a nomination to be accepted it must be made using this form only. Nominations close on Thursday 6th April 2023 at 5pm (AEST)

6. Full Financial Members may nominate one or more Full Financial Member for a position on the Campdraft MRC. A Full Financial Member may also self nominate.
It is a constitutional requirement that nominees are 18 years of age and above.
All nominees and their proposer must be Full Financial Members of the Association at the time of nomination. Any nominated member or proposer un-financial at the time of nomination will render the nomination invalid.
