The purpose of the Utility General Fund Transfer Survey is to compare retail sales, total operating electric revenues and electric fund transfers for FMPA's member cities. This survey contains eight questions and should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Information needed:
  • Total amount transferred from the electric system's fund to the general fund for fiscal 2022.
  • A list of information to help us understand what is and is not included in the general fund transfer.
  • Estimated amounts included in the general fund transfer for services provided by the electric department, if applicable.
  • Total electric revenues for fiscal 2022.
  • Annual kWh sales for fiscal 2022.
