Your Hair System Pre-Order Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made up of the following documents:
Hair System Specifications: The Hair System Specifications will be confirmed with you at a later time. It will describe the hair system that you have configured, as well as the pricing (excluding taxes and official or government fees). Final Purchase Order: As your delivery date approaches, you will be given the Final Purchase Order. It will include final pricing based on your Hair System Specifications, as well as taxes and official or governmental fees. Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date you place your pre-order and pay for it (the "Pre-Order Date"). Agreement to Purchase. You agree to pre-order the hair system (the "Hair System") that you designed when you made your Pre-Order Payment and to complete the transaction when the Hair system is ready for delivery by Hairline Illusions. or its affiliate ("we," "us," or "our"), in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your Hair system is priced and designed based on the features and options that are available at the time of order, which you can confirm with a Hairline Illusions representative.
Pre-Order Price, Taxes, and Shipping Fees. The pre-order price of the Hair system will be confirmed in your Hair System Specs and Final Purchase Order. Any pre-order price provided to you in advance of the Final Purchase Order is only being offered to you as an estimate and is subject to change. Any pre-order price listed in the Hair System Specs will not include taxes and official or shipping fees, which could amount to up to 9% or more of the Hair system pre-order price. These additional taxes and fees are your responsibility. If you present an electronic wire, check, or money order for any payment, we may process it as a normal cash transaction.
Pre-Order Process; Cancellation; Changes. We will invite you to complete the configuration of your Hair System after you submit your completed pre-order and the options you selected become available in production. We will then send you the Hair System Specs and Final Purchase Order based on the base price of the hair system and any options you choose. Your Pre-Order Payment covers the cost of these activities as well as other processing fees; it is not a deposit for the Hair System. Until your Hair system is delivered to you, you may cancel your pre-order at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund of your Pre-Order Payment. Until your final configuration is matched to a Hair System, you may make changes to your Hair system Configuration.If you make changes to the Hair System's configuration, you may be subject to potential price increases for any pricing adjustments made since your original Pre-Order Date. Any changes you make to your Hair System Specs, such as the hair type, length, etc., will be reflected in subsequent Hair System Specs that will form part of this Agreement. This Pre-Order Payment and this Agreement are not made or entered into in anticipation of or as a result of a conditional sale contract.
Delivery. We will notify you when your Hair system is expected to be ready for delivery. You agree to order and receive your Hair system within one week of this date. If you do not accept the delivery within the specified time frame, your Hair system may be made available for sale to other customers.
You understand that Hairline Illusions may not have finished developing or manufacturing the Hair System at the time you entered into this Agreement, so we cannot guarantee when your Hair System will be delivered. Your actual delivery date is determined by a variety of factors, including the raw materials needed for your Hair System and manufacturing availability.
