Purpose of Value Nominations
Our Augusta Health values enrich our culture of care by enhancing how we each deliver our service and expertise to our patients, our communities and — most importantly — each other as teammates.
Quarterly, we hold a celebration where we recognize those who went above and beyond in their demonstration of one of our four core values — Patient and Community Centeredness, Excellence, Professionalism and Teamwork.
This is where you come in!
To submit this short nomination form, you'll need to . . .
1 IDENTIFY the individual or small group,
2 SELECT one value they best represented, and
3 SHARE at least one specific, detailed example of how they went above and beyond in service to others.
