The pandemic has revealed the best of health care, the need for greater innovation and how alignment between leaders and staff are critical to clinical outcomes and other measures of success. Foundational to this alignment is a culture that supports a healthy, diverse and inclusive work environment. As health care leaders look ahead as to how their cultures can support the change required to succeed in our “new normal,” it will be imperative to understand what is working and what isn’t in their organizations. The questions in this survey examine how culture perspectives and elements may have changed over the course of the last six months. It is our intention that the hospital CEO/President complete this short survey (<10 minutes) and we thank you in advance for your participation.
