HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT NEEDS SURVEY - AGENCIES

The City of Detroit has started the preparation of the Five-Year Consolidated Plan for the fiscal years 2020-2024. The Plan is required to receive federal funds, particularly Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with HIV/AIDS (HOPWA) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds. As part of this process the City will be collecting data on housing and community development need. This Questionnaire is one of the tools to collect information on Community Development Needs from service provider agencies such as yours.
