Welcome to Your Voice Counts! The Well Project 2018 User Survey
The Well Project uses technology to improve health outcomes and increase quality of life for women and girls living with and vulnerable to HIV, by expanding access to HIV information and improving health literacy, providing a supportive community, developing advocacy skills, and advancing the research agenda on women and HIV.
In order to make our programs as useful as possible, it's important for us to get to know you, our users, better. We want to understand how you use The Well Project's resources and what impact they may have on your work or lives. We also want to identify research and information gaps in all areas related to women and HIV, so that we can work to address them through our own programming and the work we do with our partners.
The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete and is designed for people who use and participate in our resources. If you are not familiar with The Well Project's resources, please take some time to visit www.thewellproject.org before taking the survey.
Keeping your personal information private is of the utmost importance: All survey responses are confidential. Please note that because some of the questions are personal, you may want to complete the survey in a private space. Since you will not be able to skip any questions while working on the survey or return to the survey later once you've closed it, please also make sure that you have enough time to complete all questions before you open it. When you reach the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter yourself into a raffle for one of 20 gift cards.
