2017 DSAMT Creative Arts Camp |
Creative Arts Camp is a five day creative experience for teens and adults with Down syndrome. This week long day camp provides a fun and safe environment in which campers can make friends and explore a variety of artistic endeavors. Camp counselors provide peer mentorship and supervision.
Daily activities include: visual art, music, creative movement, games and fun. The cost is $100 per child with Down syndrome. Space is limited and the camp will fill up. One registration for each camper must be completed.
Requirements for campers: age 14-adult, able to care for personal needs with assistance from staff, able to follow instructions in a group.
Once you complete this online form, you will receive a conformation email in the weeks leading up to camp.
The registration below will reserve your spot in the July 17-21, 2017 for those age 14-adult. However, ALL paperwork and fees must be received in order for the registration to be considered complete. All paperwork and fees MUST be received by July 1, 2017, so that the adjustments can be made if needed to the plans for camp.
