Welcome to the 2018 GDPR Compliance Survey! When the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) goes into effect on May 25, 2018, all companies doing business with individuals located in European Union (EU) member nations must comply with the law’s far-reaching data privacy provisions.

The purpose of this anonymous survey is to better understand organizations' preparedness for the regulation regarding planning, budgeting and resource allocation to implement governance processes and controls for GDPR compliance. The anonymous survey results will be shared with all participants as soon as the report becomes available.
