Online Program Participant Survey 2015

As a participant in an online STARTALK teacher program, we are interested to learn about your experience through these few survey questions. STARTALK interviews participants of its face-to-face programs during an onsite site visit. Since this is not possible for online programs, we are collecting your feedback in an online survey. It is important that you provide honest feedback to these questions. Your responses are anonymous, but the information you provide will help to improve future STARTALK programs. Your responses will be compiled and shared with the STARTALK program director, and considered in preparing a report on this program.
