This form should be used to request a room and/or food and beverage and audiovisual services for an AMS Committee/Board Meeting or Internal Meetings at the AMS 105th Annual Meeting in New Orleans, LA. 12-16 January, 2025.

If you plan to hold a function during the 105th Annual Meeting, you must complete the form below. Please submit one form per event. Please use a different event name for each form you complete.

Please note that rooms are assigned on a first come first serve basis. All internal side meetings and receptions will be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel (HQ).

***As you prepare for your on-site Committee Meeting while in New Orleans, remember that your AMS Community page is a great spot to have preliminary discussions, post your agenda, and follow-up with minutes from your on-site committee meeting – especially for those that were unable to attend. Food and Beverage Needs:

AMS will be in touch with you in late-November for your final number of attendees. Please keep this in mind when sending invites and requesting RSVPs. It is very important that you provide AMS with an accurate headcount - we will order food based on this count.

AMS Boards and Committees: AMS will choose a menu for your meeting based on your meeting time. If your group is attending a lunch or dinner right after the committee meeting, please let us know so we can coordinate your F&B needs.

AMS Staff: The meetings department will be in touch with you shortly to work on your menu.
