This form should be used to request a meeting or event room for Exhibitors, Universities, Sponsors and Patrons, at the AMS 105th Annual Meeting in New Orleans, LA. 12-16 January, 2025.

If you plan to hold a Meeting or event during the 105th Annual Meeting, you must complete the form below. Please submit one form per event. Please use a different event name for each form you complete.

Please note that rooms are assigned on a first come first serve basis. All affiliates side meetings and receptions will be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel (HQ).

Deadline to submit form: 25 October
You will receive confirmation of your meeting space assignment and the hotel contact information by: 15 November

Room Rental Fee:
AMS Exhibitor/Sponsor ($350 per event per day)
Forms submitted after October 25 ($500 per event per day)

University Night (Complimentary for Universities) Tuesday, January 14- Event must start after 7:00PM
AMS Patron (1 Room Complimentary for the week)

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued
No Cancellations are allowed after 15 December, 2024

Room assignment confirmation letter will be sent by November 15, 2024


*The affiliate contact is responsible for all costs associated with the approved meeting (food/beverage, audio/visual, equipment, labor costs, etc.). It is the main contact’s responsibility to work with the assigned hotel to make room setup arrangements and finalize billing. We will provide the hotel contact information in the room assignment letter.
