Consultation 029 - Disclosure of Harm |
Background information
The Disclosure of Harm (proposed new title: Disclosure of Unexpected Outcomes) standard was published in 2010 and requires updating to better reflect current practice. Amendments to this standard are intended to better outline expectations for regulated members in navigating outcomes and events that may need to be disclosed, as well as what to consider in follow-up after an event has occurred.
This survey will be easiest to respond to after reading the draft standard (e.g., rationale for edits/inclusions, references/citations and glossary terms can be found in the document).
The survey consists of 15 questions, 3 of which are housekeeping questions. If you would like to go back to complete or change your responses before submitting, please click the "Previous" button.
If you have any questions, please email consultation@cpsa.ab.ca.
