Strategic Scenarios - Feedback Form

In January 2021 the Golden Knights Rise Strategic Framework was released to the university community.  In the spring and summer of 2021 strategic scenarios were solicited from the community, strategies that, if implemented, would propel Clarkson into a financially sustainable and reputationally enhanced future.

With review of scenarios by multiple stakeholders further refined through the fall of 2021 in collaboration with board of trustees subcommittee members, academic leaders, cabinet members, university leaders, as well as faculty and staff, a presentation summarizing the strategic scenarios was shared with the university community in January 2022.

In early spring 2022 townhall forums will be held to discuss, in depth, the scenarios as we build a business plan that will support prioritization of financial investments, academic program management and growth, and facilities investments. 

The purpose of this survey is to garner feedback from the community regarding the strategic scenarios and high-level potential for success.
