Chief Diversity and Social Impact Officer

Antoine joined SurveyMonkey in 2021 to lead the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and social impact initiatives. Previously, he was chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer at Year Up—a nonprofit that helps young adults gain the skills to reach their potential. He also held DEI leadership roles at Gap Inc., Symantec, and Nike, where he built multi-year DEI strategies and held leadership accountable for systemic change. He has expertise in talent development, executive coaching, cultural learning, and social impact and diversity. Antoine is a native of Newark, New Jersey, and a Rutgers-Newark graduate.

SVP, Product Management

Samuel joined SurveyMonkey in 2014 and oversees all aspects of product management, including core product development, self-serve revenue channel, artificial intelligence and machine learning, growth and monetization, product analytics, platform, and billing and payments. He started his career in Software Engineering and has expertise in AI, Product-Led-Growth, Enterprise SaaS, and scaling R&D organizations. Samuel holds an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and an M.S. in Mathematics & Computer Science from Ecole Centrale Paris.

Chief People Officer

Becky joined SurveyMonkey in 2011 and drives its candidate and employee experience. Previously, she spent over 11 years at Yahoo in various HR leadership roles. At Yahoo, she was HR partner for the advertising product group and search and marketplaces organizations and HR partner to the CMO and sales/marketing organizations. She also spent 8 years on M&A and held multiple roles in talent acquisition. Before Yahoo, Becky was at Nordstrom for 8 years in sales, customer service, and HR. Becky received a B.A. in public administration from San Diego State University and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.

Chief Technology Officer

Robin joined SurveyMonkey in 2017. She leads engineering at SurveyMonkey and works closely with product, design, and data teams to help define its technical product vision. Previously, as senior vice president of product engineering at DocuSign, she expanded the engineering team using a scaled agile framework, built the product into a multi-product platform with a service-oriented architecture, and shifted the organization to a continuous integration delivery model. Before that, she was the vice president of engineering at Eventbrite. Robin earned her B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

Chief Executive Officer

Eric Johnson is CEO at SurveyMonkey. He joined the company in 2022 and was appointed CEO in 2023. Previously, Eric was CEO at LaneOne, a digital ticketing platform. Prior to LaneOne he was EVP & General Manager at CBS Interactive, running the CNET Media Group, which spanned over a dozen brands and web properties. He also previously served as President at Wolfgang’s Vault. He started his career in Investment banking at JPMorgan, covering software and digital media companies for over 11 years. Eric has a B.A from Princeton University.

SVP, Customer Success

Sabrina joined SurveyMonkey in 2014. She oversees the global customer success and professional services teams responsible for the post-sales customer experience—from product deployment and adoption through renewal and expansion. She is also the executive sponsor for SurveyMonkey Canada’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Impact Group (DIIG) and site lead for the Ottawa office. Prior to SurveyMonkey, Sabrina worked at the startup Fluidware and before that, in a finance role for Export Development Canada. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance from the University of Ottawa and has served five years on the Board of Directors of Desjardins, a cooperative financial group dedicated to community development.

Michelle Leung joined SurveyMonkey in 2021. She leads the company’s legal, compliance and security operations teams, which oversee the dynamic areas of AI and privacy. Prior to SurveyMonkey, Michelle was at LinkedIn for over seven years in various legal roles, including most recently as Senior Director, Legal, overseeing corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions. Before LinkedIn, Michelle practiced corporate law as an associate at law firms Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Winston & Strawn. Michelle holds a J.D. from University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Katie joined the company in 2019 and leads all communications functions, including public relations, corporate communications, and internal communications. She also serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO, Eric Johnson. Katie excels at strategic storytelling, brand building, and stakeholder engagement. She has previously held marketing and communications leadership roles at Worthwhile Digital, the Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation, RelateIQ (acquired by Salesforce), Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and Tiny Prints (acquired by Shutterfly). She has a B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara, where she got her start as a reporter and copy editor for her beloved college newspaper, The Daily Nexus.

Tom joined SurveyMonkey in 2021. He leads our global sales organization and helps hundreds of thousands of organizations worldwide value feedback as a core, board-level business metric. Previously, Tom led global sales development and high-velocity sales at HubSpot. Before HubSpot, Tom led inside and field sales teams at fast-growing SaaS companies Acquia and Fuze. Tom has a B.A. from Assumption University and an MPA from Northeastern University.

Rich joined SurveyMonkey in 2022 and oversees all aspects of finance including financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Previously, he was a chief financial officer at Acorns and prior to that served as vice president of corporate finance and FP&A at Twitter. Rich also spent more than 10 years as a finance and operations leader with technology and media companies such as DreamWorks Animation SKG, STX Entertainment and served as VP of Investor Relations for AT&T. Rich holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from Hamilton College.
