Introduction - About this survey
The Watford African Caribbean Association (WACA) has been set up to meet the educational, cultural, health and social needs of the African and Caribbean communities in Watford and the surrounding areas.
Equinox are working with the Trustees of WACA to determine the needs of the community, particularly those of the African Caribbean community and develop services to meet the needs identified. We are gathering information on the community by consulting widely with stakeholders including:
• Existing and potential members of WACA
• Management committee members and staff
• Councillors and officers
• Community organisations and community leaders
• Funders and statutory sector organisations
We would be grateful if you could take 30 minutes to answer all the questions..
The information will be used to input into design of services by the organisation to meet your needs.
I would like to assure you that the information you supply will be treated in the strictest confidence.
