Question Title

* 1. I support a change to Virginia laws which will give paddlers the right to freely float the rivers and streams of Virginia. By my signature here, I ask the Virginia General Assembly to pass legislation which will protect this right and protect boaters who wish to float on Virginia rivers from prosecution for trespassing.
