The purpose of this study is to determine the overall value that partners get out of an RMM platform so we may better prioritize development resources in Shockey Monkey to help you reach your organizational goals.
Shockey Monkey already integrates with CentraStage, GFI Max, nAble, LPI, Kaseya & Labtech, with several more integrations currently in development. Additionally, we have a remote access and inventory reporting tool called Shockey Monkey Remote that is designed to keep the system in sync with the managed devices.
As we expand the functionality of Shockey Monkey support boards and assets to include user defined fields, we wanted to explore what really matters to the users of RMM tools.
Furthermore, we want to understand what you consider valuable so we can better leverage our systems as we develop deeper RMM integrations.
