Making the Difference: State Examples

The CTE vision video, CTE: Making the Difference, has reached states, organizations, schools and institutions across the nation. We have sent a clear message: CTE can be a game changer in preparing students to succeed in college and careers. But we are not done yet!

We want the entire nation to know that CTE is making a difference in EVERY state. In the vision video, we highlight schools and institutions in just a handful of states.

Now, we want to feature a school, institution or program in your state. We are also seeking statewide data. Our goal is to showcase CTE success stories in every state and territory on our new website, which will launch this spring. We are particularly seeking stories of CTE student demonstrated success in:

Secondary graduation rates

College-going rates (two- and four-year) and/or

Postsecondary credential attainment rates
