Utah is having a federal visit related to services under children and youth with disabilities served in special education programs. The US Department of Education has asked the Utah Parent Center to gather information from families about these services and supports.
We are asking parents who have children participating in special education programs in preschool, elementary, middle, high school, or post-high school ages 3-21 (Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act - IDEA) to fill out this quick, five minute, 11 question survey.
