Parent Survey - Central Oregon |
Introduction
In July 2010, The Oregon Community Foundation began a new multi-year initiative to support parenting education programs in Oregon. Family Resource Center of Central Oregon received this funding for your region. The Oregon Community Foundation has contracted with Oregon State University to work with Family Resource Center of Central Oregon in evaluating the needs of families in your community. We are interested in hearing your perspective on your community’s support of young families and the services you would like to see offered in your community
The survey should take you 15 minutes and you can exit the survey at any time. Information you provide on the following questions is voluntary and will remain confidential. Information you provide will be combined with information from others in your community and reported in summary form only. Your identity will not be linked with your particular responses. You may ask any questions about the evaluation, the possible risks and benefits, your rights as a volunteer, and anything else that is not clear by contacting Denise Rennekamp at denise.rennekamp@oregonstate.edu or 541-737-0954.
