New Fibromyalgia Treatment Survey |
The National Fibromyalgia Association is conducting a survey to learn about patients’ interest in new treatments on the horizon that are designed to provide safe, effective and possibly long-lasting relief without drugs or surgery and to better understand satisfaction with current medical treatments for fibromyalgia.
This is an important opportunity to make your voice count in a way that could truly affect treatment options for millions of fibromyalgia sufferers worldwide. Your participation will help us to better understand many of the things you live with in trying to overcome fibromyalgia, including:
• The benefits you are getting from your current therapies and medicines
• The costs you have to endure to pay for existing treatments
• Most importantly, we need to learn about patients’ potential interest in the new fibromyalgia treatments on the horizon
Results from this survey will be shared with researchers and scientists to help influence the direction of future research and development of new treatments that may represent a significant advance in fibromyalgia treatment. Simply put, in order for new treatments to become available to fibromyalgia patients it is vital to understand whether or not patients would pursue them as a treatment option.
