IMPORTANT: This service is available only when ALL information requested is provided to our office at least 10 business days before arrival and you meet the following conditions:

- You are arriving at the Knoxville Airport (TYS) between 9am and 9pm
- You will be living on-campus

Make sure that you arrive in Knoxville (McGhee Tyson Airport), NOT Nashville.

If you arrive EARLIER than the first date suggested, you must stay in an area hotel and call us so we can make plans to pick you up later and take you to the college. If you arrive LATER than our suggested date, there is a $100 late arrival fee. (College students may not be able to enroll if arriving after arrival dates)

If you miss a flight or have some flight difficulties, contact us by phone as soon as possible.

We do not suggest you arrive by bus. If you do, you must take a cab to the college. We will not pick you up.

If you are filling out this form within 10 business days from your arrival:

1. You will need to take a taxi from the airport to Maryville College
2. It is your job to contact the Center for International Education with your arrival time so that we can try to make arrangements for your arrival on campus.
