ISMP survey on drug storage, stability, and beyond use dating (BUD) of injectable drugs

ISMP is conducting a nationwide survey to learn about issues associated with drug storage, stability, and beyond use dating (BUD) of injectable products. We are asking hospital pharmacists and other healthcare practitioners to participate in this important survey. We plan to share the aggregate results with professional organizations, drug manufacturers, the Joint Commission, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
