Our nonpartisan, nonprofit organization was founded as the Regional Data Cooperative for Greater New Haven, Inc., by an extensive group of local interests in the 1980s, and rebranded as DataHaven with the launch of the Compass community indicators report on New Haven in 2003.DataHaven provides over $20,000 worth of free technical assistance to our community each year, primarily in the form of grant writing and research support to local nonprofit organizations.
