The survey takes 5 minutes to complete and, by taking part, you'll be able to rank yourself against the competition and see how you compare to the UK's top-performing creative companies.
The results will be published in March by The Wow Company in a consolidated format (all answers will be anonymous and your individual data will not be shared with anyone).
