About this survey
The ‘My community hub’, in Oswestry Library is an opportunity for you to get information and advice on a range of council, community and partner services all under one roof.
We also want to make the best use of our resources and develop some new ways of delivering services and information to you that are cost effective and give you choice on how you contact us.
As well as leaflets and events the hub gives you the opportunity to get information and advice using our computers with web access to council information, free to use direct-dial phones, or by talking to one of our Customer Service Team.
To help us get this right, please let us know what you think by answering these key questions……..
