Previous COACh surveys have found that many scientists have concerns about combining family responsibilities and an academic career. This short questionnaire is designed to find out more about your views on this issue and to explore policies that could help address work-family balance. Findings from this survey will be used to inform federal agencies as they work to develop and promote family friendly policies.
Your participation is voluntary, and you may skip any questions you prefer not to answer. Your decision whether or not to participate will not affect your relationship with COACh in any way. Your responses will be kept confidential.
