Gloucestershire County Council is reviewing the services that it commissions for carers from the black and minority ethnic community.
Equinox Consulting have been asked to undertake a survey of carers with a view to making recommendations on how best the service should be designed to assist carers with their caring roles.
We are asking that you participate in this survey that will take about 30 minutes of your time. We believe that the valuable information you provide will help us to better understand how to support you in your caring role.
*A Carer is anyone who cares, unpaid for family member or friend who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot cope without their support.
