Survey of NCC Alumni Students

This survey is intended to help Northwest Iowa Community College understand the effect of its Concurrent Enrollment Program (NCC CEP) on students, teachers and schools. The feedback you provide in this survey will help make the NCC CEP the best it can be; we also anticipate that your input will provide data useful in documenting the program's value. Your participation is critical to the success of our efforts, and we appreciate your taking the time to complete all items in this questionnaire.

Many questions in this survey were developed by the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partherships (NACEP) and are included in surveys being conducted by concurrent enrollment programs across the country. NCC will aggregate data elicited by the NACEP-generated questions for its own use and will report the results to NACEP. This will create a more comprehensive body of information about concurrent enrollment programs in the U.S. (For more information about NACEP, visit www.nacep.org).

All participant information and data will remain strictly confidential. No respondent, school, or district will be identified, and data will be reported in summary form. The completion of the questionnaire acknowledges your willingness to particiapte voluntarily and anonymously.
