I'm looking for an intense running-like experience that won't hurt my joints or aggravate past injuries. I am looking for a pain-free, low-impact workout that is more fun/youthful than walking and more comfortable than biking. I greatly prefer to exercise outdoors. I'm a healthy and active runner who wants a legitimate cross-training activity for running that is low-impact, high-intensity and outdoors. I want to grow stronger as a runner and extend my running life through cross-training.
