WHO SHOULD REGISTER:
If you are planning on attending by yourself, using your own computer: please register yourself.
If you are joining a group in a meeting room, and someone else is coordinating and arranging that event: You DO NOT have to register yourself. Your event coordinator will do that.
If you are making arrangements for a group to participate in a meeting room, just register one connection on behalf of that group. We’ll send our correspondence to the person who is registered, who can then forward it on to the others, if appropriate.
