Student Survey on Interest and Ideas about Science – End of Term
This survey asks questions about your experiences with science. It is not a test about what you know.
Science is a way of investigating and understanding different things in the world—like animals, plants, people,
rocks, and space. We want to learn about when you have had chances to do and learn science and how you feel
about science. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers in this survey, we just want to know what YOU think.
This survey should take you about 40 minutes to complete. You do not have to take this survey if you do not
want to. If you don’t want to take it, just tell the person who gave it to you, or else turn it in without any
answers. You can also skip any question that you don’t want to answer. Your answers will be kept private —
they will not be shown to your parents or teachers or friends or family.
