CRSN New Teacher Questionnaire

Dear Teacher, Thank you for your interest in Friends of the Chicago River and the Chicago River Schools Network. We believe that one of the best ways to ensure the future health of the river is to work with the young people who will be future conservation leaders. To be eligible for services within the CRSN, you must schedule a consultation with our staff. Consults allow us to better understand your educational/curricular goals and for you to become acquainted with the full range of services we offer. Please answer the following ten questions.
