Thank you for taking this Professional Scientists Australia survey. Your responses will assist the formation of the log of claims which will be taken to Enterprise Bargaining Negotiations with the SA Public Sector in 2014.

Over the last 12 months Medical Scientists in the SA Public Sector have been taking steps towards building their professional voice and raising awareness of the important role they play in supporting Health. We have had promising conversations with leadership within Health about the need to appropriately recognise the specific challenges we face as a group of professionals.

As a result, we have a fantastic opportunity to come together as a group of Medical Scientists, to talk about the issue specific to our profession, and negotiate steps to address them. This opportunity with such levels of support has never occurred before, and is the result of the hard work of members over a number of years.
