This survey is being conducted by the National Health Resource Center on Domestic Violence (HRC), a project of Futures Without Violence. The HRC was developed to strengthen the health care response to domestic violence by providing free training materials and technical assistance. The HRC is funded by a grant from the Family Violence Prevention & Services Program, Family & Youth Services Bureau, Administration for Children and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
